L. 89–554, Sept. 6, 1966, 80 Stat. 424.)"An individual who accepts office or employment in the government of the United States...shall execute an affidavit within 60 days after accepting the office or employment that his acceptance and holding of the office or employment does not or will not violate Pub. L. 89–554, Sept. 6, 1966, 80 Stat. 524. The affidavit is prima facie evidence that the acceptance and holding of office or employment by the affiant does not or will not violate (Pub. Duty of Loyalty
(1) Every Secured Party is a trustee required to administer the trust solely in the interests of the beneficiaries.
(2) Every power to sell authority is declared void for conflict between the trustee's fiduciary and personal interests such as;
(a) transactions not authorized by the terms of the trust instrument;
(b) transactions executed without authorization for use of registered trademark; (c)Beneficiary commences this private non- judicial proceeding to prevent further interference in trade and commerce by self-appointed interloping trustees herein.
(d) No action other than acknowledgment of the Equitable Perfect Title granted by Nature’s law and corresponding acts to benefit of the beneficiary ought to be taken by any trustee.
Trust Administration
Every Trustee / Security Party shall administer the trust as a prudent person would, by considering the purposes, terms, distributional requirements, and other circumstances of the trust. In satisfying this standard, the trustee / secured party shall exercise reasonable care, skill, and caution.

Formal Acceptance
