ARTICLE 8
Breach Against Public Peace
The following willful and intentional breaches to public peace under the authority of a public charter, by agents operating ultra vires.
The delivery of detailed infringements by authorized agents operating against the California Corporate charter, constitutes certified evidence by competent authorized authorities to willfully operating unprofessionally, unlawfully and in contempt for authorized agents operating under a United States corporate charter or having responsibilities as holders to the public office of trust in the United States, for the United States of America.
Legal evidence is defined by United States Public Law 61 Stat. 636, as irrefutable, competent, and must be accepted by every agent working under the public office as United States Officers, Employees, Agents or Contractors, without any further proof or authentication thereof.
Official business records equate legal evidence to irrefutably extinguish every doubt, and pursuant to United States law, serves as self-authenticating facts, that leave no room for subsequent quibbling, dispute, challenge, protest or contest. Every United States officer, agent, court of law and equity, court of maritime jurisdiction, and every tribunal are required to honor legal evidence without any further proof or authentication thereof. 61 Stat. 636
Commercial obligation arises upon offer to contract, breach against the public peace and acceptance by private contract agreement. This Security Agreement is executed to acknowledge the absolute acceptance for delivery of legal evidence certifying deprivation against rights under color of authority in the commission of CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC JUSTICE to violateCalifornia Title 7 Chapter 4 enacted 1872.
ARTICLE 9
Criminal Conviction Forging, Falsifying Public Records, and Instruments
Breach to the public peace occurred on or about November 4, 2010 at 10:26 AM, in the county of Santa Clara, where COLLEEN IRBY offered a written notarized instrument titled ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST Instrument Number 20942766 and caused the same to be recorded to the State of California, County of Santa Clara Recorder public office knowing the same to be counterfeit.
1. COLLEEN IRBY committed these criminal acts with the knowledge and belief that upon her presenting the instrument as if genuine, it would be recorded as a permanent part of the records of the public office.
2. The following known false statements made by COLLEEN IRBY on the counterfeit instrument demonstrate willful intent to make materially false statements in the commission of felonious criminal acts.
