Administration Duties. Appointed indenture trustees have the duty to administer the trust according to this trust instrument. This duty requires the trustee to distribute trust assets to the beneficiaries as mandated by the trust document.
Trustees are prohibited from exercising “absolute” discretion over trust property and are every sale or attempt to sell trust property deemed intentional criminal extortion or robbery. Every trustee power must be exercised in accordance with fiduciary principles and not in bad faith or in disregard of the purposes of this trust, to insure the beneficiaries protection.
