Wright, Finlay & Zak LLP., are willfully participating in criminal financial networks whoo monopolize, or attempt to monopolize, or combine or conspire with any their purport- ed clients, to monopolize unlawful conversion, unequal weights and measures impacting trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, and shall be deemed guilty of a felony, and, on conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine not exceeding $100,000,000 if a corporation, or, if any other person, $1,000,000, or by imprisonment not ex- ceeding 10 years, or by both said punishments, in the discretion of the court.

Partners and attorneys at Wright, Finlay & Zak LLP., have conspired to commit any of- fense against the United States, and to defraud the United States, and the Employees’ Securi- ties Company Ralph Bendel Neal®, an agency thereof for theft of securities, and Wright, Fin- lay & Zak LLP., are willfully committing criminal acts to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
