§1651. Piracy under law of nations
Whoever, on the high seas, commits the crime of piracy as defined by the law of na- tions, and is afterwards brought into or found in the United States, shall be imprisoned for life.(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 774.)
§1653. Aliens as pirates
Wright, Finlay & Zak LLP., and clients, being non-citizens of the United States of Amer- ica, several States of the American Union, are impersonating United States, State of California Citizens, and has taken on the sea making war upon the United States, or cruising against the vessels and property thereof, or of the citizens of the same, contrary to the provisions of any treaty existing between the United States and the state of which the offender is a citizen or subject, when by such treaty such acts are declared to be piracy, is a pirate, and shall be imprisoned for life. Piracy Law of Nations Article 101 of UNCLOS
Wright, Finlay & Zak LLP., and clients have operated outside their corporate charter, that was illegally formed to commit illegal acts of violence, and depredation, committed for private ends by the crew or the passengers of the private ship, and directed: on the high seas, against private U.S. Flag Vessel LA 119-1952-453-02918 and against persons and property to the several States of the American Union on; Article 101(a) of UNCLOS, requires that, in or- der to constitute piracy "any illegal acts of violence or detention, or any act of depredation," be committed "for private ends”. It is noteworthy that the International Law Commission (ILC), in its 1956 draft Articles concerning the Law of the Sea with commentaries (Commen- tary),16 stated that "[t]he intention to rob (animus furandi) is not required. Acts of piracy may be prompted by feelings of hatred or revenge, and not merely by the desire for gain."
