Direct incitement to Commir Genocide:
• A direct appeal to engage one's classified as "black" to accept the resulng symbolizaon, discriminaon, dehumanizaon, organizaon, polarizaon, preparaon, persecuon, and exterminaon by denial to the fact that those classified as "black" cannot possibly be "black" by the diconary definion and common use of the term. To promote "Black Lives Maers" is
a direct incitement of terror against every man as we move closer to an anniversary of a thousand years of GENOCIDAL ECONOMIC ABUSES in America. 1492 - 2020 = 528 years..
Incitement to Commit Genocide:
•Under Art. 25(3)(e) of the Rome Statute of the Internaonal Criminal Court, a person who “directly and publicly incites others to commit genocide” has commied a crime against internaonal law.
•Art. 25(3)(b) provides that one who “orders, solicits or induces the commission of such a crime”—in this context war crimes and crimes against humanity—is liable only if that crime “in fact occurs or is aempted.
