The ability to attract and establish strategic Faith-based partnerships is critical to the sustainability and continued success of our programs.
How do we begin? How do we rise to the challenge of serving 500,000 congregants across the country and help prepare 9000 Second Chance citizens for the world of work. It begins with a needs assessment designed to help you understand the mission, values, needs and concerns of Faith-based organizations.

• Provide an overview of the needs assessment process and the essential components that can be used to create a successful Faith-based partnership.
• Understand the importance of needs assessment in order to establish and maintain effective Faith-based partnerships.
• Provide the information that is required to establish a customized workforce development program for underserved and vulnerable populations.
• Gain as much insight as possible into the possibilities that exists.
• Help you establish the right linkages that are required for a successful Faith based partnership.
