Promote just one sport, or all of them.
All sport schedules have an August start date.
Single sheet: One sheet of heavy quality paper tinned at top, with two schedules on the sheet.
Dual sheets: Two sheets of heavy quality paper tinned together at the top, with either one or two schedules on each sheet.
Jumbo schedules: Large sheet with two schedules standard (more can be added for extra charge).
Multiple sponsors: For a small additional charge, each sports schedule calendar can have multiple sponsors.

General Information for Sports Schedules
*50-99 quantity: available on re-orders only. Prices shown are for straight copy ads. Includes number of schedules as indicated.
Standard packaging: Bulk. Absolute minimum: 100, except for reorders.
Change of schedule: For same ad copy but a different schedule on some of the calendars, each change must be handled as a separate order. The quantities cannot be added together to get a better price break.
Proofs: $10.00(g). New orders, or re-orders with ad copy change must have a proof.
Ad copy: Price includes one straight copy ad and a school mascot, in either one or two colors as specified on each item. School mascot artwork must be supplied by customer. If artwork is not available, special art charges would apply (see general instructions on page 69).
Number of schedules: Price includes the number of schedules listed with the individual prices. One schedule consists of all games played by one team in one sport for one season. Orders calling for more schedules than listed in the price must have an extra charge of $31.25(g) per additional schedule.
Additional imprint color: 2 colors are included in price. Additional color set up charge $21.00(g), plus a $.17(g) run charge per color.
Combining two schedules into one: $31.25(g) in addition to the normal schedule prices. If the two schedules are sent in already combined (in the proper order) this charge will be waived.
Multiple sponsor ads: Add $18.75(g) for each additional sponsor. Exact reorders, no charge (if reorder occurs within 2 years).
Combination orders: Orders for sold-in-combination prices qualify if the exact same ad and schedule is used on two or more different calendars, where at least one is of the jumbo size. If a change of advertiser is desired, charge $18.75(g) per change. If additional schedules have been added to the larger calendar, an additional charge of $12.50(g) each is incurred for the smaller calendar for additional schedules.

Additional logos: Add $18.75(g) each. (One logo per ad is included in the calendar or multiple ad prices.)
Black and white halftone scans: $22.00(g) each new photo. If the same photo as previous year is used there is no charge.
Layout and border: The layout, border, and schedule areas sampled are stock. Any change from the stock layout requires a special quote.

Schedule due date: Schedules are due June 1st. Any order sold after June 1st must have the schedule and layout sheet submitted with the order, or the order will be returned as incomplete.

Commission: If orders for sports schedules are complete in every way except for the schedule, 50% of the commission will be paid. The remaining will be paid when the schedule is received.
