- All orders must be in hard written form and PRINTED clearly. We do not accept orders over the phone.
- Any and all special instructions such as rush requests, restricted delivery times, preferred delivery carriers,
etc. need to be indicated on original purchase order.
We will do our best to process, package and ship orders within 3 - 5 business days. Please note that larger orders can take up to two weeks. PLEASE ALLOW YOURSELF TIME IF YOU DO HAVE A SPECIAL EVENT.
PAYMENT
We accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Stripe, cash and cheques made payable to Labusch Skywear Inc.. Wire payments will incur an additional fee of $17.50.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Prices and availability of all of our items are subject to change without notice. While we try to maintain both, some circumstances are beyond our control. We will contact you via email or phone in the event that your pricing is incorrect on your purchase order and/or if an item that you have requested in not in stock.
RETURN POLICY
We do understand that sometimes an item on your order is not what you wanted or expected. Should this occur, please let us know within 30 days of the receipt of your order. We will exchange the item or refund it’s purchase price. Your original invoice must accompany the item to qualify for exchange or refund. Please email heidi@skywear.com for any invoicing discrepancies or return inquiries.
BACK ORDER POLICY
Your order is important to us. Every effort is made to ship your order complete, however, sometimes our stock is short. Back order are made upon request. In the event that you find items missing from your order that you were hoping to recieve, please notify us and we will create one for you.
