LeNique is the fusion of experience and artistry; blending innovative ideas with classic styles.
As champion dancers, Lena and Nick Kosovich know what it is to have the freedom to move, and they strive to incorporate that feeling into everything they do. As designers, they draw inspiration from an appreciation of elements. They created LeNique to celebrate the importance of individual expression. LeNique provides originally designed Ballroom and Latin Dancewear for all genders and skill levels.
Along with Dancewear, LeNique specializes in wedding dresses, tuxedos, ice dance costumes, anniversary looks, tennis and golf uniforms, as well as costumes for theater, television, cinema, cruise ships, vegas shows, and dance tours.
Both Lena and Nicholas Kosovich have been DanceSport competitors in the industry for over 44 years combined. They competed together professionally for 6 years, during which they became the Australian 10 Dance Champions, World American Ballroom (Smooth) Champions, 2x US American Ballroom (Smooth) Champions, and US Classic Showdance Champions. In addition, they did many special performances on Dancing with the Stars (ABC) and Nick was a professional dancer on DWTS as well.
They retired from competing on the American and International Circuit in 2005 and remain highly respected Lecturers, Coaches, World Championship Adjudicators, and Demonstrators.
Lena worked as Assistant Designer on Dancing with the Stars
(ABC) and Designer on So You Think You Can Dance (NBC)
and Dance Your Ass Off (Oxygen).
Nick is an Emmys nominated choreographer for his work on
Dancing with the Stars (ABC) and was a featured dancer in the
blockbuster movie "Shall We Dance" with J.Lo and Richard
Gear, "Only with You" starring Jennifer Bills and Leslie Caron,
and "Blue in the Face" with Harvey Cartel and Madonna. 4
