-Replace the water and rinse the dress.
-Keep moving the dress in the water. Don't let it soak.
-Once you feel the soap is out of the fabric, the dress ready to be taken out of the water.
-Gently squeeze the excess water out of the dress. Again, DO NOT TWIST the dress.
-Gently pat the dress dry with a towel like you would if you dry your hair.
