The Chicago name tag is a traditional badge that combines your full color logo and engraved personalization.
Process: Full color one side. Note: The printing process approximates a PMS color match. Polyurethane doming available, see price grid.
Personalization: One line engraved. For additional line, see price grid.
Corners: Round is standard. Square with optional beveled edges is available upon request at no charge.
Material: 1/16" 2-ply non-metallic plastic. For color options, see page 188. Attachment: Jeweler’s pin included. For additional options and cost, see page 185. Set-up Charge: $55.00 (G).
Shipping Weight: 4 lbs. per 100 pieces.
Production Time: 5 days up to 500 pieces, add 2 days for doming.
