Program Parameters
• All catalog quantities apply. Less than minimums are not available. Case lot quantities only. Subject to inventory availability.
• Standard packaging only.
• Up to 3 drop shipment locations (BIC® Branded items only). Catalog minimum quantities apply per location.
• Drop shipments are not available on Hardgoods or Awards & Recognition items.
• In the event that the item you ordered is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative item of equal or greater value.

Also a standard imprint method, 1-color, 1-location imprint is available for numerous products found in these categories:
• On all orders, please repeat distributor name, contact name, contact phone number and P.O. number in the body of the e-mail. Orders that are faxed should clearly state “24 FREE” on the P.O.
• Complete order and electronic or production-ready artwork must be received at the BIC Graphic factory by 8:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. Production will start the following working day.
• Weekends and holidays are not considered working days.
• A phone number or email address is required, including after-hours contact information so that we can reach you with any questions regarding your order.
• Electronic art must be accompanied by a hard copy for layout veri cation.
• Artwork must be production-ready.The le must be received at the same time as the order in Adobe Illustrator® format. For speci c art requirements, please reference the artwork details listed in the General Information section.
• If order clari cation is required, 24-Hour Service will not begin until answers are received.
• If a proof is requested, 24-Hour Service will not begin until the proof is approved.
• Artwork Changes — Please allow additional time for artwork adjustments.
• Accounts on credit hold are not eligible.
• BIC Graphic cannot guarantee 24-Hour Service in the event of severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God or any other events outside of BIC Graphic’s reasonable control.
Shipping
• The shipping method must be stated on your P.O. Orders must ship via our preferred carrier.The default shipping method is Ground.
• Customerisresponsibleforallfreightchargesassociatedwith the order.
• Pick-uptimesvarybasedoncarrierandshippingmethod selected. BIC Graphic cannot guarantee a carrier pick-up time or a delivery date.
