Use end column pricing. This excludes items that cannot be etched.
ARTWORk
Good quality black and white Camera Ready art is required. Photocopies, business cards, letterheads, Colored layouts etc will be subject to clean-up charges of $50.00 (c) per hour.
COMPUTER GRAPHICS
Our art department uses CorelDraw. Artwork may be sent on disk or via e-mail in the following formats: CorelDraw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps), or High Resolution Tiff le (600 dpi or greater). Files must be readable on an IBM PC.

Please include a laser printed hard copy of your artwork with the disk. All fonts must be converted to curves (paths, outlines).
ASTROSUB & VIVIDPRInTTM ARTWORk
High resolution rastor or vector artwork is required. Rastor artwork can be sent as tiff, bitmap or jpeg and must be 300 dpi or greater. Vector artwork is preferred for all logos and text.
Photoshop les (.psd) should be sent with logos and text on separate layers.
Solid coated PMS numbers are required for all logos to ensure the closest possible color match. If PMS numbers are not available, a hard copy of the artwork is required in order for us to provide an accurate color match.
SETUP CHARGES
new artwork - $80.00 (c).
On orders for multiple items of different sizes, the setup charge on the additional items will be waived, as long as all items are produced at the same time.
artwork on le - $40.00 (c).
This setup charge applies to existing artwork which is re-sized for a new item.
repeat Orders - nil
There is no Setup Charge for repeat orders of the same item, using identical artwork. However, for repeat orders of less than $100.00, a $20.00 (c) Run Charge will apply.

TEXT CHAnGES
Up to 4 Lines: $6.00 (c) per Award Over 4 Lines: $10.00 (c) per Award
If an item is personalized on a different location to the logo, 2nd Position Etching Charges (see below) apply, in addition to Copy Change charges.

When a second position (second side) is etched, the following etching charges apply:

PAPER PROOF
A Paper Proof will be faxed /emailed for approval prior to production. Production cannot begin without receipt of an accepted Paper Proof.
PRE-PRODUCTIOn SAMPLE
If requested, a pre-production sample will be supplied. The sample item will be billed at regular prices, plus setup charges & shipping. $20.00 (c) run charge will apply.
PRODUCTIOn TIME
normal production time is 4-5 working days from approval of artwork or sample (subject to Inventory availability). For orders requiring Color ll, please add 1 day per Color.
RUSH SHIPMEnTS
Shipments requested in less than 4-5 working days may be subject to an additional rush charge. Please contact Customer Service.
MInIMUM QUAnTITIES
Most items in our Catalog do not require any minimum quantity. However, some products have low minimums of 6, 12 or 24.
For orders less than minimum quantity, $20.00 (c) run charge will apply
For sizes larger than 30 square inches, add $0.60 (c) per square inch
Setup charge of $40.00 (c) will be required for Second Position Etching.
LUSTRE ETCH
Add Color to our beautiful Deep Etched ceramic mugs. Multiple coats of Enamels are applied to achieve this dramatic look.
$4.00 (c) per color per mug
