Custom Designs Available
Our company has been producing custom made robes for 38 years.
We have a library of styles to choose from or we can manufacture to your exact design specifications. Minimum quantity is between 300-500, depending on fabric and design requirements.
Embroidery
A local embroidery service is available and the cost is
dependent on the quantity ordered and the size of logo. Please call for quote. Packaging
Robes and Spa Wraps are packaged in individual polybags. Headbands and Slippers are packaged 10 units per polybag.
Shipping Information
Freight quotes are estimated and may be adjusted at the time of invoicing due to price fluctuations. All orders are shipped by standard ground service
unless otherwise requested. Shipments are usually FOB Montreal QC for Canadian orders and FOB Champlain NY for USA orders.
Returns and Claims
All claims for defective merchandise must be made within
15 days of invoice date. Claims made after the 15 day period will be void.
