Single position Deep Etch/Laser Engraving/ Sublimation included in all prices (unless indicated).
Spectra Imaging
Spectra Imaging (CMYK) is available instead of Deep Etching on most Flat Awards (Bases excluded).
Run Charge: $12.00 (c) per Award (Up to Max Etched sizes).
For larger size Spectra Imaging, please add $0.20 (c) per Sq In.
Prices without Etching
Use end column pricing.This excludes items that cannot be etched.
Artwork
Good quality black and white Camera Ready art is required. Photocopies, business cards, letterheads, colored layouts etc will be subject to clean-up charges of $50.00 (c) per hour.
Computer Graphics
Artwork may be sent on disk or via e-mail in the following formats: CorelDraw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps), or High es t e r reater es must be readable on a PC.

All fonts must be converted to curves (paths, outlines).
Spectra ImagingTM Artwork
High resolution rastor or vector artwork is required. Rastor artwork can be sent as tiff, bitmap or jpeg and must be 300 dpi or greater.Vector artwork is preferred for all logos and text.
t s es s s e se t t logos and text on separate layers. Solid coated PMS numbers are required for all logos to ensure the closest possible colour match. If PMS numbers are not available, a hard copy of the artwork is required in order for us to provide an accurate colour match.
Setup Charges
New artwork - $80.00 (c).
On orders for multiple items of different sizes, the setup charge on the additional items will be waived, as long as all items are produced at the same time.
Artwork on le - $40.00 (c).
This Setup charge applies to existing artwork which is re-sized for a new item.
Repeat Orders - Nil
There is no Setup Charge for repeat orders of the same item, using identical artwork. However, for repeat orders of less than $100.00, a $20.00 (c) Run Charge will apply.
Spectra Imaging - $100.00 (c)
There is no Setup Charge for repeat orders of the same item, using identical artwork. However, for repeat orders of less than $100.00, a $20.00 (c) Run Charge will apply.
Text Changes

If Text Changes occur at a different location to the logo, 2nd Position Etching Charges (see below) apply, in addition to Text Change charges.
Rush Shipments
Shipments requested in less than 5 working days may be subject to an additional rush charge. Please contact Customer Service.
Minimum Quantities
Most items in our catalogue do not require any minimum quantity. However, some r ts a e s r For orders less than minimum quantity, $20.00 (c) run charge will apply
Inserts
Cards, candy and gift enclosures can be inserted. Please contact our Customer Service department for details and quote.
Shipping
All shipments are FOB Elliot Lake, Ontario. Orders are shipped prepaid, with shipping charges added to the invoice.

Accurate "Bill To" information required to avoid Chargebacks.
Distributor responsible for all Chargebacks. $15.00 (G) Fee will apply.
Courier Shipments
To ensure safe delivery by parcel carriers (UPS, Fedex etc), additional packaging s re re er s carton will be added to the invoice.
Skid Shipments
Where economical, larger orders will be packed and shrinkwrapped on a skid for maximum protection.$20.00 (G) per skid will be added to the invoice.
Split Shipments
When an order is shipped to 2 or more destinations at the same time, a Split Shipment charge of $8.00 (G) per shipment will apply. Freight Charges not included.International Shipment charges (if applicable) will also apply.

The service charge Pantone colour matching is $30.00 (c) per colour. (Applies on repeat orders.)
Paper Proof
A Paper Proof will be faxed/emailed for approval prior to production. Production cannot begin without receipt of an accepted Paper Proof.
Pre-production Sample
If requested, a pre-production sample will be supplied.The sample item will be billed at regular prices, plus setup charges & shipping. $20.00 (c) run charge will apply.
Production Time
Normal production time of Catalogue Items is 4-5 working days from approval of artwork or sample (subject to Inventory a a a t r r ers re r r please add 1 day per Colour. Custom Orders will take longer, depending on the Quantity & Complexity
