When discussing a project, we’ve found the info covered in the questions below is a solid starting point to get to the product that best suits your needs and brand.
           QUANTITY
How many do you need?
Our journals and planners have minimum quantities, and we want to make sure you choose a product that is available for your quantity. Some products are available at half minimums, but additional charges apply. Contact us for pricing.
Accessories and some print methods also have minimum quantities, if you need speci c add-ons check for those as well.
BUDGET
How much will it cost?
The budget per book is the quickest way for us to eliminate books not suited for your project.
If you don’t have a budget we can suggest items at various price ranges to get you started. Or you can give us an idea of
what has been spent on previous events or projects. This is especially helpful for large quantity orders.
COLOR
What colors should we choose?
With our wide range of color options, brand guidelines help us to suggest products and textures that stay within your color palette or event theme.
Or if you want color freedom, we o er a plethora of digitally printed products, imprint methods, and accessories.
              HOW
How will they be used?
Knowing how the journals or planners will be used, and/or who is the target audience, will help us zero in on the best functionality for your promotion.
If you don’t have these answers, that’s okay! Knowing the quantity, budget, and/ or color helps us direct you to products we know will work for a wide variety of events.
STYLE
What will they look like?
Many clients browse online or have seen examples of books they love. Some even have designs already in mind. Share these ideas with our Sales Team and we can help you  nd a similar style or product.
Need help picking a style or design? That’s okay, too! We have a talented Creative Sales Team that can suggest ideas or create virtuals to give you guidance.
DATE
When do you need them?
If orders are large quantities (1000+), contact us to check inventory. Sometimes imports and popular materials can move fast and we want to reduce any frustration or waiting time. We can tell you when items will arrive or help you look at other options and provide a solution.
For international shipments, Canadian orders, or events the in-hands date is even more important, due to shipping times and customs clearance. Contact us as soon
as possible so we can guide you through turnaround times and shipping options.
