1) Pick your product and collect signatures. *Add $47.06 (h) flat art charge.
2) Names should be signed with a black Sharpie® marker only, on 8.5” x 11”unlined
white paper.
3) Provide as many names as possible on one sheet of paper.
4) If signatures provided electronically, the same requirements as above would
apply, except you should submit PDF, JPG or EPS files.
