Dennis Corsi, C.M. has completed more than 250 airport planning assignments worldwide. In Germany, he supervised airfield management staff, airport operations, flight data sections, and the apron ground control tower. He has inspected airfield facilities, documented discrepancies, and coordinated corrective actions for airports in the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Corsi brings this in-depth experience to Armstrong and directs the entire staff of airport planners, personally conducting quality control checks on all deliverables produced by the Planning and Engineering Departments. He has expertise in developing Master Plans; Airport Layout Plans; Environmental Assessments; Feasibility Studies; Rates, Charges and Financial Plans; Terminal Area Plans; Noise Studies; and Land Acquisitions;. Mr. Corsi holds a pilot’s license with an instrument rating.
