THE 2023 PARADE OF HOMESTM IS HERE!
We have been working on the 2023 Parade of Homes, and it is going to be amazing! The City of Castroville has embraced this year’s Parade of Homes, and it has been a pleasure to work with the Mayor, City Manager, Police Chief, Fire Chief, and the Chamber of Commerce. We have an incredible line-up of events planned.
Mark your calendars for the GSABA Member Only Preview Party that will be held on Friday, May 19th on site. The Preview Party is sponsored by Hollywood Crawford, Builders First Source, Aligned Mortgage and Amarillo National Bank. Tickets are on sale now for $90 per person and Black-Tie Catering will be serving an incredible buffet dinner with carving stations and more! You can buy your tickets online at www.sabuilders.com.
We will be mailing every GSABA member ten (10) discounted tickets to this year’s Parade of Homes. While ticket prices are $15.00 for the public, GSABA members can purchase ten tickets for $7.00 each. They should be delivered to you in the mail shortly, and if you don’t want them or can’t utilize them, just return them to us.
Castroville is nestled on the Medina River and is full of history and heritage. ThissmalltownhasauniqueheritagebecauseitistheonlyAlsatian colony in the United States. Alongside Castroville’s distinct historical significance, the town is also home to many historical landmarks. Castroville is growing by leaps and bounds, and the Medina Independent School District is highly rated. There are several new home communities under development, and you will feel the warmth and kindness of the people who live and work in Castroville.
We couldn’t host an event of this size without our incredible partners. Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) is our presenting partner, and they are also sponsoring and hosting Realtor Day on Wednesday, May 24th where Realtors get in free with their business cards and a photo ID. We want to thank SSFCU for their support and for sponsoring lunch for the realtors in the greater San Antonio area and for providing our Parade bags for the Parade Style Magazine and water bottles for each of the homes.
We want to thank Hollywood Crawford Garage Doors & Openers, CPS Energy, and the North Park Family of Dealerships for their generous support of the Parade of Homes. These partners have been part of the Parade of Homes for several years. Please thank them the next time you see them. We are very grateful for our Parade Builders, and we can’t wait for you to tour five stunning homes that are priced from the high $700,000’s to $1,000,000+. The Builders participating this year are Everview Homes, Macaw Custom Homes, Parker Kane Custom Homes, Uptmore Homes, and Zaidan Custom Homes. The architectural styles are all different and are built with the latest construction technology, amenities, and design trends.

Jack was President of GSABA in 2010 and he is our Developer and one of the Builders in this year’s Parade in Country Village Estates. Please join us at the Parade from May 19th through the 29th.
