Welcome to the 2023 Parade of Homes hosted by the Greater San Antonio Builders Association and presented in partnership with Security Service Federal Credit Union, Hollywood Crawford Garage Doors & Openers, CPS Energy, and the North Park Family of Dealers. We have five exceptional homes built by some of the premier custom builders in the greater San Antonio area and Medina County.
The Parade homes feature the latest architectural styles, including Transitional Hill Country, Modern Mediterranean designs along with Transitional Plantation, New American Transitional, and Modern Contemporary. These homes have luxurious master suites, gourmet kitchens, and unique areas that include a billiards space, a dog washing room, and a glass-enclosed wine reserve.
Open family rooms where families and friends come together are still one of the hottest trends in new homes today, along with media rooms, home offices, and ex- pansive outdoor spaces. You will find covered patios with retractable sliding doors, fireplaces, BBQ grills, and more.
