THE 2025 PARADE OF HOMES IN
GEORGE’S RANCH WAS A HUGE
SUCCESS!
We just wrapped up the 2025 Parade of Homes in George’s Ranch in
Boerne, Texas with the most well attended Parade of Homes since I became
your Executive Vice President in 2016. We had record crowds this year and
we are grateful for your support.
I want to take this opportunity to thank our eight custom builders and
their teams who worked for months to bring us true custom luxury homes.
A special thank you to Cody Torres at Macaw Custom Homes, Kirk Wolff
at Wolff Custom Homes, Maggie Merritt McCarthy at John Merrit Homes,
Ryan and Chris Castro at KC Custom Homes, Dean Smith at Lifestyle by
Stadler, Eric and Cheryl Vogel at Vogel Builders, LLC, James Gerard Moore
at Boerne Luxury Homes, and Brad Moore at Brad Moore Builders.
We couldn’t put on this two-week event without the support of our
sponsors. Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) was our 2025
Presenting Partner again this year and they also sponsored Realtor Day with
over 600 people in attendance! The success of the 2025 Parade of Homes is
due in part to SSFCU and our other sponsors; without their financial support
we could not have such an incredible marketing and advertising campaign.
Our Developer, The Lookout Group, was a pleasure to work with and
we are blessed to have them as a GSABA member and the co-host of the
2025 Parade of Homes. They had a robust advertising campaign as well
which added to the qualified traffic and the success of all the Parade events.
The Preview Party was held on Friday evening, May 16th with 550+ people
in attendance. This member only event was made possible by our Parade of
Homes Partners CPS Energy, Builders First Source, MG Building Materials,
Hollywood Crawford Garage Doors & Openers, the North Park Family of
Dealers and J Bar Enterprises. The food catered by Black Tie Affairs never

disappoints and we had a great music featuring
The Boot Rock Boys Band!
Realtor Day was a huge success and 600+
attendees enjoyed food from three different food
trucks provided by SSFCU. I want to thank SSFCU,
Builder Boost and Builder Guides for your support
of this event, the Realtors gave us rave reviews
on Realtor Day!
North Park Date Night had an overwhelming
turnout with over 900 attendees. Thank you to
the North Park Family of Dealerships for being
our long-time Friday Date Night partner and for
giving away a new car on a two-year lease. We
will share a picture of the family that won the new
car on a two-year lease in our next edition of the
Builder Brief.
I also want to extend my sincere thanks to the
many volunteers that helped us make the 2025
Parade of Homes a huge success! A special
thank you to Dominick Alongi, our Parade of
Homes Chairman for his countless hours of help
and leadership. Thank you to our exhibitors
and advertisers, you truly make a difference! In
closing, I want to congratulate the GSABA staff
for their leadership and hard work in planning,
directing and working the Parade of Homes. We
are very blessed to have a team of individuals who
give their very best day in and day out! Please join
me in thanking Lynne, Michael, Darlene, Torrance,
Chely, Gaby, Teresa and Naomi the next time you
see them!
