2026 Summit Awards Honor San Antonio’s Best on August 6th
Get ready to celebrate the best of the greater San
Antonio home building industry at the 2026 Summit
Awards Ceremony — an evening of glamour, recognition,
and Palm Springs-style flair. Returning August 6th to
the Security Service FCU Event Center, this annual gala
honors excellence across product design, marketing
innovation, and outstanding individual achievement.
A showcase of excellence
This year’s Summit drew nearly 300 entries from
roughly 40 companies across the region, highlighting
the creativity, craftsmanship, and business savvy that
drive our local housing market. Competitors span show-
stopping model homes and community developments
to cutting-edge marketing campaigns and standout
industry professionals — making the competition fiercer
and the wins more meaningful.
Palm Springs chic
Themed with a sophisticated Palm Springs vibe,
the ceremony will blend mid-century modern style,
desert-chic decor, and vibrant, sun-drenched accents.
Expect bold patterns, lounge-style seating, statement
lighting, and a relaxed-yet-elegant atmosphere that
invites networking, celebration, and memorable photos.
Judging with rigor and transparency
Submissions were evaluated by a panel of seasoned
industry experts who assessed entries on design quality,
innovation, execution, market relevance, and overall
impact. Scores were tabulated objectively across
multiple criteria to ensure fairness, and finalists were
reviewed in a second round of deliberation to determine
winners. The result: awards that truly reflect peer-
recognized excellence.
