What is the Spring Tour of Homes?
The Spring Tour of Homes (STOH) is a multi-site tour of homes that will be held throughout San Antonio and its surrounding counties. The participating Builders and Development communities come together to co-host this open house event. The Developer and Builder fees are invested in a dynamic marketing and advertising campaign.
The Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA) covers 22 counties and this year.
What are the 2025 STOH Dates?
The Open House hours are focused on: Saturdays 10am-5pm & Sundays 12pm-5pm on March 29-30 and April 5-6. However, the STOH will kick off on Sunday, March 23 with the printed Tabloid inserted in the San Antonio Express News reaching over 120,000 subscribers in print and thousands of digital subscribers.
The digital marketing campaign will kick off in March.
How much are the entry fees?
The Builder investment is $500 for each home and includes up to 8 photos of the home online, a listing with a photo and description in the printed and digital STOH Tabloid and a video to be used online.
The Developer investment for a key community is $5,000 and includes a full color advertisement in the STOH Tabloid and a dedicated section on the STOH website powered by the San Antonio Express News.
Each entry will also be available for viewing on our SA Spring Tour of Homes mobile app that is sponsored by Security Service Federal Credit Union.
Spring Tour of Homes Media Campaign
Participants in the Spring Tour of Homes benefit from a comprehensive media campaign to include print, televesion and social media placements. Our partnership with the San Antonio Express-News and KSAT will drive the traditional media buy. Additional placements on social media both through our traditional media partners and independently will drive the social media campaign.
What is the Entry Deadline?
Enter by March 1st, 2025.
What will we receive to identify that our home is part of STOH?
STOH front yard signage for each home & directional for key communities – PLEASE KEEP STOH SIGNAGE – yard signs PICK-UP DATE: TBD
