NOW SEEKING A SITE FOR THE 2022 PARADE OF HOMESTM

We are so excited for the upcoming 2021 Parade of Homes in Belle Oaks. This year’s single site Parade of Homes is being hosted in partnership with Jay and Charlie Patterson with Southland Communities and nine GSABA Builder members May 22nd through May 31st. General admission tickets are $15 and GSABA members can purchase ten tickets for just $7 each! As we have done in the past, we will mail GSABA members ten discounted Parade tickets. If you do not want them, please return them to us.
We have been blessed to work with some incredible developers over the past several years and we are looking for a host site for 2022. You can win two tickets to the 2021 Parade of Homes Preview Party on Friday, May 21st in Belle Oaks for referring a developer or a community to us during the month of March.
There are so many benefits to hosting and building in the Parade of Homes. This year, we will spend over $100,000 on our marketing campaign which includes print, digital, television and radio advertising. Additionally, we feature our Parade developer and builders in our award- winning Parade Style Magazine. The magazine is printed and given to all attendees and we send a digital copy of the magazine to previous Parade attendees reaching several thousand more consumers.
We expect 8,000 to 10,000 visitors to tour the Parade each year. We will also host special events like the very popular Date Night with the North Park Family of Dealerships, which will be held this year on Friday, May 28th.
Promote Your Company at the 2021 Parade of HomesTM
There are so many ways for GSABA members to get their companies and products in front of thousands of potential home buyers at the Parade of Homes. Opportunities include advertising in the Parade Style Magazine, exhibiting in the Exhibitor Tent and various sponsorships.
The investment in a Parade Style Magazine full-page advertisement is $2,000 and worth every dollar! The magazine is distributed to every Parade visitor and is posted on the GSABA website all year following the event. Additionally, we will host REALTOR Day on Wednesday, March 26th so your advertisement will reach pre-qualified prospects already working with a real estate agent.
We have officially kicked off booth sales in this year’s Exhibitor Tent. Parade visitors enter the Parade through the structured tent to tour the homes and are funneled back through the tent upon leaving — giving exhibitors more exposure and opportunities to connect with visitors on the Parade route. Past exhibitors tell us often that they get business for several years following the Parade so don’t miss out on your chance to reap the benefits of this limited opportunity. Exhibit space is $2,750

and $250 of that amount is a refundable security deposit. Booths include a six-foot table, two chairs, back and side drapes and a trash can.
