THE VISION
The five bedroom and five and a half bathroom
home is a demonstration of intricate contemporary architecture done meticulously and thoughtfully. The open concept was achieved while maintaining privacy from the front porch by utilizing a walnut screen
wall. The European style kitchen includes a stacking sliding glass door creating a seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining area. The outdoor entertaining area includes a kitchen, dining, and living area along with a firepit. The pool and spa was designed utilizing the natural slope of the land and allowed for a multilevel deck and a very unique transparent wall facing the home’s courtyard.
