The inspiration for this home was derived from timeless and modern influences. We wanted to create a home that would engage with the neighborhood as
a true classic! As you approach the home, you will recognize the wisdom of
a traditional look mixed with modern features like the elevated windows for privacy, and you will begin to feel the sophisticated blend of artistry in the tiled roof, Old Texas Mid-Century White 12-inch brick with clay visuals; the eight-foot-tall double glass metal front door with 2-foot transom set against the grandeur of the gas lanterns for the crowning touch to make this front elevation gorgeous!
As you enter the home, you will notice the elegant design of the designated foyer for seating or your favorite art display. As you move into the Great Room with its linear fireplace, 7-inch wide wood flooring, beams, and the stunning round chandelier,
all topped off with the Pella sliding door and transoms for a 12-foot living space
that blends the indoor/outdoor open concept full of natural light. Your dining area showcases another refined round chandelier and wet bar with an illuminated waterfall countertop that will captivate your guests. As you step into the kitchen adorned with quartz countertops, custom cabinets, and the Décor Modernist appliances, you will begin to notice the generous flow of more Pella windows and another refined round liner pendent light fixture above the island. Have your morning coffee in your coffee bar with its flow into the working pantry equipped with electrical outlets for your toaster and added appliances. Be sure to check out the LED wallpaper in the media room and all of the en-suite bedrooms, each with elevated cabinetry, vanities, and floating countertops with “full moon” style illuminated mirrors!
Outdoor entertaining will be a breeze with the rotisserie grill and custom mosaic pizza oven with bar and lounge seating!
