Welcome to the Parade of Homes, hosted by the Greater San Antonio Builders Association and presented in partnership with Service Federal Credit Union along with our 2024 sponsors CPS Energy, Hollywood Crawford Garage Doors & Openers, MG Building Materials, the North Park Family of Dealerships, and Chesmar Homes. Six magnificent homes have been built by some of the most premier custom builders in the greater San Antonio area.
The Parade homes feature the latest architectural styles, including Dale Sauer Homes’ Transitional Design, which incorporates a traditional look with modern features like el- evated windows for privacy. Japhet Builders’ design is Transitional Contemporary and boasts conventional and contemporary styles that create a harmonious and balanced look. Pencsak Builders’ home is Modern Rustic with a cool mix of modern, rustic, and mountain vibes. Hearthside Homes embodies clean lines and old-world charm with a balanced mix of French Country and English Manor styles. Sitterle Homes is a Modern Transitional that evokes warmth and sophistication. It features rich browns and soft taupe paired with subtle hues of blue. Macaw Custom Homes is a Contemporary Lux- ury design featuring clean lines and a minimalist façade that exudes sophistication.
