Monthly Minute to Win It Game:
Get goodies and gift cards donated by local business partners and schedule a treat day once a month for teachers. The catch is, in order for staff to win the treat, they must come up to the front office and play a ridiculous game like scarf juggling or candy cane pick up! This gets everyone out of their comfort zone and laughing.

“Oh the Places We Can Go" Each month, decorate a conference room as a different country. Create a “passport” for teachers to get stamped for each country they visit. Give a prize at the end of the year for the most countries visited!
Our School Rocks! Provide rocks and paint supplies and encourage teachers to paint a rock. Display the completed rocks and give out prizes based on different criteria (funniest, most creative, etc.).
