Tim O’Connor has been a Hamptons resident for the past 25 years with experience in home and land sales, home builds and renovations, interior and landscape design, property management, and rentals. Tim’s extensive luxury sales and marketing tenure has allowed him to cultivate a keen eye for design. He has a discriminating palette and highly-honed negotiation skills--allowing clients to benefit from his finger-on-the-pulse sensibility for the Hamptons lifestyle and market.

Tim resides in East Hampton with his partner, Jeff, who owns a successful Interior Design Firm, and their Schnauzer, Sparkee. They enjoy the beach, running and bike rides. They are also committed to a number of charities, including Animal Rescue Fund (ARF), Housing Works and Hetrick-Martin.
