ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023
The Annual General Meeting of the Society was held at the Shepherds Inn, Carlisle on Friday 12th May 2023 at 7pm

The Society Chairman, Graham Brindley opened the
meeting and welcomed everyone present.
The minutes of the last AGM and the report of the Society
and Trustees and the Financial Statements for the year
ended 31st December 2022 with the Independent
Examination report were approved.
Unfortunately, the President Linda Morgan was unable to
attend the AGM, to handover the Presidency to Geoff
Walker (pictured below). The Chairman Graham Brindley
welcomed Geoff into his new role.
