Averaging £1162 over the 9 year period (2005-2015) meaning the 2016 budget, being £1150 is a fairly good estimate based on historical costs.

As can easily be appreciated, Management’s tenure 2012 -YE2014 totals demands of £70,961 (or £7884.50 per lessee), as opposed to KFH’s previous three years 2009-YE2011 totalling £82,658 (or £9184.22 per lessee).
A difference of £1299.72 per lessee in our favour, saved over the years 2012- YE2014
If we include the previous KFH year, 2008 (£27,520) and Management’s YE2015 (£32,400) the figures for Management are still better, namely KFH now totals for years 2008-2011, £110,178 (or £12,242 per lessee) against Managements 2012-YE2015 of £103,361 (or £11,484.55 per lessee), being a saving per lessee over the period of approximately £750. Not great, but still better than KFH/Agents generally.
If I can be of further assistance on the proposed 2016 Budget document as presented, let me know, but do bear in mind the Christmas holiday season is almost upon us and I am hopeful of some peace and quiet having spent the previous three years struggling to convince some lessees including your good self of both Management’s competence and integrity over all matters, both financial and in the maintenance of Mitre House since we took the reins on 1st January 2012.
It has all been accomplished without one word of appreciation, thanks nor gratitude, which, seeing as each lessee, including myself and my fellow Directors, has saved £1299.72 during the three years to YE2014 we have
maintained Mitre House, as opposed to an additional cost per lessee of
