Dear Chris,
With reference to your Witness Statement dated 16 September 2016 which I have just been advised of.
You are hopefully aware that Michele’s own Witness Statement admits that neither she nor any other lessee requested information from our 2014 accounts - this despite her initial accusation that both she and you and Flat 9 had requested and that those requests were ignored?
As you will recall, you requested information from me on 7 September 2016 to which I replied by return with current documents re: 2015 Accounts but whilst various accusations made by Michele in reams of correspondence from her Solicitor remained unresolved despite proof of their ridiculousness supplied in detail, and her ignoring our offer to supply the requested documents from 2014, we remain at an impasse resulting in our welcoming of a Tribunal hearing to finally put this to bed.
I am somewhat surprised at your comments re decor etc leaving aside the fact that there was never a majority to vote on anything and I doubt you would permit a disparate group of non-resident sub-letting lessees, one of which in serious breach of her lease covenants, demand of a property you own and run that it be decorated in a colour of their choice?
You will note from the attached three pdfs of emails i sent you on 25 October 2012 and again 2 January 2015 and again four weeks after the 2014 works were completed, 26 January 2015, pretty straightforward facts and figures which I don’t recall receiving back any negative comment?
Did you notice my own personal “pro bono” total renovation of your Flat 8 door with all new brass furniture, bronze acrylic mirrors and new bell push? Probably not, but Lisa is very pleased with the result, all which is usually charged to other lessees at £385.00 -
As regards the upcoming court case, I hope you have read my two previous emails with startling facts and figures!
