As briefly stated in my reply, the major works for £105,877 took place during and only during 2014. There were no major or minor workings in 2015 to speak of as the year ended 2015 Accounts Summary amply illustrates.

Thank you for your email and my apologies for a somewhat enforced delay in replying as explained in my reply by return on same day, 7th September 2016.
Mitre House Management Limited [MHML] find ourselves in the midst of a rather unpleasant situation vis-a-vis Michele Hillgarth of Flat 5 who somewhat typically and tardily requested the exact same information as you are making but on 17 December last year (2015). Due to the Christmas break, which she deemed irrelevant, I had suggested we pick it all up in the New Year and I’ll oblige, but did she appreciate that her request to view the requested documentation was in fact outside the statutory 6 month period permitted as stated in her lease and in Landlord & Tenant Act statute.
We heard nothing else from her until a request from her latest Solicitor, PFC Begg, in a lengthy letter dated 23 March 2016 accusing myself and MHML of every conceivable crime imaginable along with demanding sight of the relevant invoices within days, to which we responded and agreed to comply as requested, despite the statutory period having expired. That offer was ignored for various reasons, including a bout of pneumonia and trips to the Sahara!
Consequently, due to the extensive and erroneous accusations also levied against both myself and MHML in this 23 March 2016 letter and in the absence of an acknowledgement of our offer to comply by return, we then insisted on maintaining our statutory rights until such time as the extensive and obnoxious accusations were withdrawn following equally extensive and comprehensive evidence in support of our robust denials. None was forthcoming.
I attach a copy of my most recent reply to Mrs Hillgarth’s solicitor which does contain some relevant information to your emailed query of 7 September. If you are unaware of this ongoing saga, might I suggest you contact Mrs Hillgarth direct who can bring you fully up to date with both her accusations levied against myself and MHML and our robust denials and explanations in our defence.
If I can be of further assistance do please advise, along with your comment to the reference of my ignoring requests from you since May 2015 which I consider typical of Mrs Hillgarth’s multiple examples of contrariness and dishonesty.
