4. Front Door renova/on/stripping & new door furniture/bell push etc
You said this works were excluded only as a result of non payment of the addi/onal £2,000 (see mul/ple almost iden/cal emails from Management dated 22 September 2014). Now that we’re paying you can't say they cannot be done or more money are needed for them.

Furthermore, based on your eEmail dated 1 October 2014, my understanding is that the addi/onal £2,000 are well in excess of what needed to balance the refurbishment works budget. In fact they will generate a surplus of £11,243.75 (based on figures you provided) which will be used to replace the water tank for £7,810.80 and no addi/onal funds will be requested for that. In fact you will return me the funds I paid for that. I agree with the fact that if money can be saved by replacing the water tank now that the scaffoldings are in place we should do it.

I will send you a separate eEmail later today once I have access to a computer with my bank details for the refund and a confirma/on of the payment of the £2000.

Finally, please register in your complaints book that last Sunday (October 5th) there have been disrup/ons due to refurbishment works. You stated works would not be carried out on weekEends and I do not understand why this is instead happening again aSer we have complained for works
carried on Saturday September 27th. You should monitor this and ensure rules are respected as we might ask for compensa/on on that.

Copying all other for transparency as everyone should feel free to respond accordingly.

Regards
  Diego Fortuna/ (Flat 9)
