For convenience please ensure that your EGM doesn’t fall as usual in August! You mention in your email that a date has already been sent out to members but I haven’t received this.
I understand that I am asking for documents which might be infringing on business you don’t wish me to see, which explains why you want me to be removed. If you were transparent there might not be so many questions raised and if the requests that I am making were answered properly and in a timely fashion none of the issues we’ve had would have occurred. I am only requesting what I am entitled to bearing in mind I have been excluded from all your meetings from the day MHM Ltd was created.
I note for the record that despite asking to view invoices on several occasions this has been denied to me until December 2014, again this leaves a bad impression with me, that I am not allowed to see documents that I am entitled to see.
Looking at the bank statements you have sent me, there is an awful lot of Amazon, YMCA shops and Vista Print outgoings. Paul, please could you clarify what these transactions were for?
Paul, please may you also send me the missing statements for:
· January 2012 to September 2012 for account 23433668
· January 2012 to November 2012 for the Management Deposit account 25809768
Furthermore the minutes from 23rd May must not be filed with Company House until the points raised in my email of 6th June 2014 have been included (please see copy of that email attached).
Under the 9th resolution of the minutes, 2nd point – you were supposed to request additional contribution from the leaseholders so that once the work is done it doesn’t leave the reserve without any money.
Again as per the minutes, you said you would produce details of your meeting with the surveyor prior to the work starting at Mitre House. Has that meeting taken place? Can you please supply the name of the foreman who will be in charge of overlooking the project, along with his details. I understand that this has already been requested by some leaseholders.
I’d also like to point out to Jamil that the email sent to Paul and Segar on the 2nd June (attached to this email) regarding minutes does not include me, therefore you can understand why I have to query things as there is nothing professional and consistent with all your behaviour. I believe you said in your email today - company business needs to be discussed in company.
Please only reply to the points raised above, omitting any waffle. I look forward to receiving the final amended minutes as the so called amended minutes sent on 9th June 2014 were not amended.
