It's been a long time since we have had any communication, and I'd like to find out what progress has been made with the refurbishment of the property - the state of which is getting worse and worse.
I understand from Neil Broadbent at Stopps that he has tried to contact you on several occasions, following your belief that his estimate did not fulfil your specifications. However, I believe that you have yet to communicate with each other, and I fail to understand there has not been more progress made with this project at this point.
