The cost for the urgent works on the replacement tank amounts to £7810.80 incl. vat
Quote attached and photos. It would be more expensive if scaffolding were not in place to facilitate fitments coming up.
The additional £2000 requested is disappearing faster than a speeding tuna.
With this unexpected additional cost, and substantially reduced funds, we'll all be painting the interior ourselves! Don't brush your teeth till it's done!

PS Maria - everything was going 100% to plan until the £2000 was billed and held back, firstly by you, then Flat 5 requiring a query to everyone else as to whether they too were refusing to pay - no other problems! And all easily sorted but to the detriment of the works. I'm happy with the result.
