£755 each leaves zero in reserves for emergencies - that's why it's £2000 to have something in case of other panics
You haven't even paid your £2000 (neither has Flat 1 and 4) so how the hell do you think we can pay out £8000 for a tank replacement if we have zero in bank as above -
Flats 1, 4, 8 have not paid towards the tank.... Deadline now passed so await a call from Stella
