For once in your life get the facts right.
In my e7mail on 29th September at 11:40 I stated:
“I fully understand that my tenant should not have the liberty of installing her own satellite aerial. I am quite happy to contribute my share to pay for the installaFon of the community aerial with the Sky+ dual cable, and that it would make sense at the same Fme for tenant’s installaFon to be removed.”
In your reply at 11:51:
“great Michele, wise choice re tenants set up as all we’ll do is aMach hers to the new setup with Fdy cabling etc.”
At 12:56, I responded:
“as I said, I will be paying my share for the communal aerial and satellite”.
Subsequent e7mails from you that day brought up other issues and expenses, hence why I did not on
that very day of 29th September give you a cheque for the TV aerial. But I have always said I would pay my share, the thing here is not to mix issues.
I also handed you a cheque when I came over on 30th September for £867.87 to cover my share of the cost of the water tank replacement.
There was, as we all stated previously, no need for a SecFon 20 leMer. If instead of confusing and mixing issues you took what was in front of you this would all be sorted and the requisite funds would be in your hands.

Final update - we're no further forward that before save for £2000 contributions from Flats 3 and 8
Nothing from 1, 4, 5, and 9 although Flat 9 have said they will (I think) Flat 5 - no idea yes or no, but usually no.
No further contributions to the tank from Flats 1, 4, and 8 - meaning a Section 20, 4 month delay and letters to all tenants
