pay towards the Communal install £593, your pay your £2000 and £50 for the key and all problems solved.... plus I would add a further £250 to disconnect and install into the communal system (not my fee but the installers - normal)
And yes, you paid key cheque and yes I destroyed it in front of 3 policemen (smiling I might add) - did you get a warning from them was wasting police time - if not, you will.....
