Chris - these'll need a lot of work - your choice - the tank and tv install and free windows or an invoice - Ms Cane requesting information over worries etc - tricky....as neither you nor I know if the tank/water is 100% good - the tank certainly ain't!
And in reply to your earlier query of today - you have been advised of all Surveyor (Derek Isaacs) documentation - here attached again if useful - the next you'll receive is another invoice for your rear windows once he can properly closely inspect now that rear scaffolding is in place.... simple maths, fellah!
