Diego - I suggest you start canvassing your virtual majority to get their act together re the Water Tank monies as your contribution is about to be returned and I'll let your tenants decide whether £650 a week is worth getting poisoned! Start with Flat 5 and work down - and don't forget what I told you, I expect acknowledgement of my emails. Your now in the exact same position as Management was with the £2000 - paid your dues but no one else has - so what to do?

Diego - no letter delivered yet as they don't get back till this pm - best you confirm (or not) what you are paying to avoid any mistakes or pre-emptive upsets - once that letter goes out to Nadia & Tristan there's no going back - so, £2000 in or re tv, £2593 and full tv etc - let me know please! Fit the tv aerial in the existing funds. We have enough. You know it. I will pay 2000 and I trust you will return my 900 odd and make my tv work. I keep my words and I expect you do too. Unable to do any payment until very late night.

Wrong answer Diego - letter awaits - can't say I haven't tried - for the last time the £2000 arrears have nothing whatsoever to do with the tank or TV - any surplus from £2000 are important reserves as explained 100 times! See sense -
