This email is wri/en at the request of the majority of the leasees at Mitre House – Christopher Leigh>Pemberton, Diego FortunaB, Susana FortunaB, Samya Riad, Maria LeonisceB, Ivan (from O’Sullivan’s property) and myself. As you are aware, we have cooperated with all your demands regarding the costs of refurbishments, including those that are last minute “emergency” financial requests from you – parBcularly the £2000 each, which was to ensure a properly finished product of the interior decoraBon of the common part, as requested by the leasees. Several of us have spoken to Tony White, contractor for A R Lawrence, who has confirmed that he is under instrucBon by you to paint the common part in a strong colour, directly contradicBng your previous promise (both wri/en and verbal) to not do so. In light of this, and without elaboraBng on all the various ways you have so far inBmidated, deceived and disappointed us, we are now refusing to conBnue to put up with your style of management, in parBcular your habit of demanding money with threats. This is the latest instance of decepBon and we are issuing this email as a strong warning to think carefully about disrespecBng the other leasees, and dishonouring your contract in this way.
