I bet you're confusing WIFI with TV Aerial ......
So, when you pay your £2000 later tonight, also pay the £593 for a TV SKY+HD set-up which will give you a TV aerial connection front and back, plus a satellite cable if ever needed -
If you insist on getting back your £867.87 paid towards the tank replacement, simply dock it from your £2000 as confirmation and THE TANK WILL GO THROUGH A SECTION 20 NOTICE TAKING 4 MONTHS & YOUR TENANTS WILL BE ADVISED OF YOUR ATTITUDE...whilst they withhold rent until it is completed.
