Your Triax will be disconnected on Friday when we're proceeding with the Communal Install into the flats of those who have paid their full dues including the arrears.
Your arrears stand at £1458, your Tank monies amount to £632.67 and your TV Contribution amounts to £432. 54
That's a Grand Total due of £2523.21
Fully appreciate monies are tight, like for me too, but I must insist on confirmation you agree to pay £2523.21 even if at present you cannot pay whilst awaiting funds etc
Failure to confirm will entail I'm afraid a reference to our Solicitor to begin proceedings over the arrears only, but you will no longer have access to the roof for any further installations once your present one is disconnected. I'm not sure how the other lesses will respond once advised that you are the only one not to have contributed and indeed in the absence of a Section 20 you could refuse to contribute anything.
I would then have to advise all other lesses that you are not contributing voluntarily, insisting on a Section 20 and making all lessess and their sub-tenants wait 3 - 4 months for a replacement tank at twice the cost, during which time someone might fall seriously ill.
Please confirm one way or another by return or I will be forced to proceeed as stated above to the detriment of you and everybody else.
