Flats 4 and 9 are the only lessees in arrears (£2000/£1458) - all else have paid Flats 4 and 8 have NOT yet paid their voluntary towards the tank - all else have
Flats 4, 8 and 9 have NOT yet paid their voluntary towards the Communal TV-Sky+ HD install - all other lessees have.
Flats 4 and 8 seem incapable of making a firm decision and hence making final arrangements impossible -
Flat 9 are sorting and confirming this evening at which time Flats 4 & 8 will be informed as to their sole position or not.
Why is everything made so difficult over such a simple pre-agreed situation?
But thank you to all those who have seen sense and paid and now can relax - all will be progressed once Flats 4, 8 and 9 finally pay or refuse at which time, yet again, all will be advised.... so you can deal with your neighbours instead of Management.
Don't ask me/management to trust you again, I won't. Neither would you if I/we had acted in the way you have to pre-agreed conditions - and I refer to the £2000 additional funds not the voluntaries - that's just a question of common sense - tank will cost double if no scaffolding and a communal TV install not possible without scaffolding place...
Hardly ruddy brain surgery! If indeed you've got a brain. Yes, I am sick and tired of dealing with people who either cannot comprehend English, don't want to understand English or are just plain contrary. Never again, I can assure you.
Anyway, this must be the fiftieth email today charged at £7.50 per email so you're finding out first hand where your Management fees are being spent - and try £7.50 in a lawyer's office - more like £750.... so beware!
