As I mentioned previously, I would pay the contributions and the rest of the service charge if paid by everybody else.
It is clear from your summing up e-mails that most flats have paid or are in the process of paying. I will therefore have to pay, as this is what I said I would do.
I will be able to put my cheques through your door by Wednesday night, I hope.
Two questions
1) 1) Do I need to be at home on Friday? If so, then what time? 2) 2) Will I be getting a TV point in my converted bedroom ? Regards
