On 3 I completely disagree. We have the right to know how the reserve funds are spent.
The agreement is to pay £105,019 to A&R Lawrence for the works, based on their proposal as they have been appointed for that.
This is also what you (or Management) also wrote in the final NoMce dated 22 June 2014: “Management are contracMng with the cheapest tender, A&R Lawrence, for an esMmated £105,019.38 inclusive for Internals & Externals commencing 1st September 2014 for approx 14 weeks max”
We approved the contractor and the budget, not only the budget. I insist to have detailed informaMon on how the agreed budget is going to be spent and who will be receiving the money. We did not sign Management a blank cheque to dispose of our money the way you wish, but to appoint a third party contractor to perform the works and get paid for it.
Are you planning to pay anyone else outside of A&R Lawrence as part of the £105,019 budget?

Diego

Thanks for your response Paul.
1. How did the meeMng with Mr Kelly go? Are there available contact details? Very well - the site foreman is EDDIE CONNORS and a
comment/query/complaint/congratulations book is in situ.
