Just to confirm that Flats 5 and 9 will NOT be cabled in on Friday and that Flat 5's illegally installed dish will be removed along with it's white cabling. Flat 5 will get a full refund of the £593 paid as the £250 has not been! Simple.
No further permissions will be granted for any type of roof installation after Friday 10th October so don't ask.
And bonne chance explaining that to your tenant, Michele, having given her permission....without permission.
Can't believe that you can be so stupid as to NOT having the facility & benefit & tidying up of Mitre House - and Michele, cast your mind back to the £285 fiasco - you're facing the exact same situation now and will not be amused at the outcome, I can safely assure you -
Don't say you both/all weren't warned of your decision and its consequences.
£593 from Flat 9 (only if you see sense and subscribe) and £1117.87 from Flat 5 into our bank my 10.00am today Thursday and all's well.
If not, read the first two lines of this email again. And don't change your mind after 10.00am as the installer will not have sufficient cabling and boxes in hand even if you do pay late -
As ever, pathetic! And the price you pay for being contrary and puerile. You make a good team....!
